| *** ARC Received for Honest Review *** ***3/3.5 stars*** This is the second the Heartbeak Hotel series. It’s a totally fun and light hearted comedy. If you are looking for something easy breezy, you’ve hit the nail on the head with one. This book centers around Audra, the recently jilted almost bride and Kane the half-self confirmed, half cursed bachelor. It’s pretty amusing to see Kane pull Audra out of her post almost wedding funk and discover her inner bad girl. While Audra helps Kane navigate his way past his own commitment insecurities and superstitions about being cursed into perpetual bachelorhood. (Review by Terri “Jane”) |
